Core Return Policy

Please review the following core return terms before sending your core(s):

  • Core(s) must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.

  • All core return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The core must be returned as removed from the engine.

  • Only the core corresponding to the product you purchased may be returned.

  • Core(s) must:

    • Not have any external cracks

    • Not be disassembled

    • Not be exposed to fire or excessive rust

    • Not be damaged during transportation

Any damage that occurs during return shipping is the responsibility of the sender and/or the shipping carrier.

Please clearly write “Core Return” along with your order number inside the package.

Once the core is received and inspected according to our acceptance criteria, the core refund will be processed within 30 days.
